Interview with Gwynn Baker of La Loba's Bakery
When I initially set up the interivew, Gwynn expressed concern about not being able to come with much to talk about to fill a whole hour. Well, an hour and a half later, I came to the conclusion that Gwynn is an absolute joy to speak with.
Since I'm not fortunate enough to live in Florida, Gwynn graciously shipped a bag of their legendary Maple Nut Granola to me in New York. (They ship anywhere!)
