Sharing our Menu Plan for July 5 - July 11, 2015

After a busy day yesterday visiting family and bringing Caroline to her first Fourth of July parade, Stephen and I are keeping today relatively low-key. We started with brunch (obviously) and then Caroline and I had some quality mother-daughter time at home while Stephen treated Monty to a trip to our local dog park.

Now that the baby is napping, I want to quickly share our menu plan for the week. Let's see if I can finish this entire blog post before she wakes up!

Sunday: Leftovers

Monday: Slow-Cooked Smoky Chicken and Pinto Beans with Rice and Tortillas

Tuesday: Chile Baked Salmon with Lime Butter (via Willow Bird Baking) and Steamed Broccoli

Wednesday: Open-Faced Caprese Sandwiches with Quick-and-Easy Pesto (via All You)

Thursday: BLT Sandwiches

Friday: Pizza with Mushrooms and Ricotta

SaturdayHoisin Grilled Flank Steak with Noodle Salad (via Cooking Light)
