Typically, our family waits until after Thanksgiving to put up our Christmas decorations. But when King of Christmas reached out to me in June about a potential partnership, I couldn’t resist the chance to showcase their stunning selection of artificial Christmas trees , wreaths, and garlands .  I was excited to get an early start on making our home holiday-ready this year!

Menu Plan: April 21 - April 27

Vase of Pink Gerbera Daisies - Photo by Taste As You Go

When I returned from my trip to Napa, I wasn't terribly motivated to plan a week's worth of meals. I wanted to cling to the memories of the amazing food I ate while in California rather than comb my cookbooks for inspiration. The week off was nice, but it's time to get back to business!

Menu Plan: April 21 - April 27

Sunday: Orzo with Butter, Peas, and Parmesan
Monday: Linguine with Butter, Pecorino, Arugula, and Black Pepper from Everyday Pasta
Tuesday: Chorizo with Onions and Peppers over White Rice
Wednesday: Stephen's Choice
Thursday: Spinach and Gruyere Quiche with Mixed Greens
Friday: Pizza with Spinach and Ricotta
Saturday: Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy

What's on your menu plan this week?
