Typically, our family waits until after Thanksgiving to put up our Christmas decorations. But when King of Christmas reached out to me in June about a potential partnership, I couldn’t resist the chance to showcase their stunning selection of artificial Christmas trees , wreaths, and garlands .  I was excited to get an early start on making our home holiday-ready this year!

Menu Plan: April 7 - April 13

Cheese Enchiladas with Spanish Rice - Photo by Taste As You Go

Given that I leave for Napa on Tuesday, the temptation to skip menu planning this week was pretty strong. Then I realized that every second before my departure was going to count if I had any hope of successfully tackling the items on my to-do list.

Menu planning was going to save me, so I went through the normal routine of flipping through cookbooks from my collection and scrolling through Pinterest for inspiration. Here's what I've come up with!
