Menu Plan: July 14 - July 20

Stephen and I stopped into Patti's Petals in Bethlehem to pick up flowers in honor of his stepmother's birthday. While we were waiting for the florist to finish the arrangement, I spent some time exploring the shop and came across this beautiful vintage wedding dress with intricate lace detailing. On the walls were a collection of old wedding photographs, and I loved looking to see what style dresses were in fashion at the time. Such a fun bit of history in an unexpected place.

I thought this little discovery was timely, as I'm getting ready for a Girls' Weekend in New York with my bridesmaids. One of them, Candice, lives in Dallas, so this will be the first time I've seen her since my wedding last August.

Sunday: Lazy Sunday -- Our first non-homemade pizza in months. Half Hawaiian (for Stephen) and Half sausage with mushrooms (for me).

Monday: Grilled Eggplant Caprese

Tuesday: Parmesan-Panko-Crusted Turkey Cutlets with Arugula Salad

Wednesday: Stephen's Choice

Thursday: Taco Night

Friday - Saturday: Girls' Weekend in New York
