If I could eat gelato for dinner every night, then I would. Dinner would be on the table in no time. I wouldn't have to worry about leftovers. And, with endless flavor combinations, the variety would still be there. Especially if you factor in cones and waffle bowls every now and then.
Life would be grand.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure how supportive Stephen would be of this idea. Until I can convince him that the All-Gelato-All-the-Time plan is the way to go, it looks like I'll be sticking to a more traditional dinner routine.
You guys know that I'm always looking for inspiration when it comes to planning our meals. So, when I received a review copy of The Leafy Greens Cookbook by Kathryn Anible in the mail, I thought it would be fun to fill this week's Menu Plan with some of her dishes.
What better way to try out new recipes, right?
