Sharing our Menu Plan for January 26 - February 1, 2014
I don't know about you, but I'm a little tired of the winter. I realize that the cold and the snow is par for the course this time of year, but I'm having an incredibly hard time preventing the chill from settling in my bones, so it feels as if I'm cold all the time no matter how many layers I put on.
Thankfully, thinking about the lovely trips I've taken to warmer climates -- like Los Cabos -- helps me remember that it won't be this cold forever. Spring and summer will be here before I know it, inevitably causing me to write about how hot and humid it is. I just have to be patient.
Until then, how about I share this week's Menu Plan?
Menu Plan: January 26 - February 1, 2014
Sunday: Salad Night (red leaf lettuce, grape tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, cucumbers, carrots, shredded cheddar, and diced avocado)
Monday: Panko-Crusted Salmon Fillets with Buttered Egg Noodles and Baby Peas
Tuesday: Take-Out Tuesday
Wednesday: Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce and Garlic Bread
Thursday: Stephen's Choice
Friday: Pizza with Broccoli and Caramelized Onions
Saturday: Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup (at Stephen's request)
