Typically, our family waits until after Thanksgiving to put up our Christmas decorations. But when King of Christmas reached out to me in June about a potential partnership, I couldn’t resist the chance to showcase their stunning selection of artificial Christmas trees , wreaths, and garlands .  I was excited to get an early start on making our home holiday-ready this year!

Menu Plan: April 21 - April 26

Sharing our Menu Plan for April 21-26, 2014

Easter Sunday | Taste As You Go

If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, then you've likely already heard the news that Stephen and I got a puppy over the holiday weekend! His full name is Montclair Utley Rittler, but we call him "Monty" for short. You can practically feel how happy we are about having this sweet little addition to our family in this photo we took with him before leaving for church on Easter Sunday.

(By the way, it is extremely difficult getting a puppy to look at a camera long enough to take one photo let alone one "for safety"... We'll work on it!)

Besides spending time with both of our families this past weekend, Stephen and I had our hands full with making Monty's initial transition to his new home a smooth one. There's been plenty of cuddling and play time since he got here, and I think it's safe to say that Monty is just as happy to be a part of our family as we are to have him here.

Or course, all of this excitement related to Easter and to getting a new dog has somewhat affected my blogging schedule, but, since I wasn't planning on cooking anything for Easter dinner this year, I figured you guys wouldn't be too upset if I posted this week's Menu Plan a little late. ;-)

Menu Plan: April 21 - April 26, 2014

Monday: Spicy Sesame Noodles

Tuesday: Drinks/Dinner Out

I'll be meeting up with a girlfriend for drinks and dinner after work, so Stephen's on his own for dinner.

Wednesday: Tomato, Fresh Mozzarella, and Avocado on Baguettes with Olive Oil and Sea Salt

Thursday: Stephen's Choice

Friday: Pizza with Italian Sausage, Broccoli Rabe, and Caramelized Onions

Saturday: Pasta with Cauliflower and Bacon for Two from Cooks Illustrated

What's on your Menu Plan this week?
