It's Easter Sunday, so this post is going to be a short one. We're in Connecticut this weekend to celebrate the day with my family, but I still wanted to take some time to share our Menu Plan for the week.

Friday: White Pizza with Fresh Arugula and Prosciutto
Saturday: Creamy Parmesan Risotto with Roasted Shrimp and Peas
