Not only does water help keep your body's internal systems in balance, but it also does wonders for your skin, keeping it moisturized and leaving you looking fresh and youthful. I can't explain why, but I've found that I'm way better about drinking water throughout the day when I carry a water bottle. We're somewhat active people, so Stephen and I have a shelf in one of our kitchen cabinets dedicated to our embarrassingly large water bottle collection. But I can't remember the last time I used a bottle other than my Hydro Flask, which the company generously sent to me a few months ago.
All of Hydro Flask's water bottles are 100% BPA-free, so you don't have to worry about toxic chemicals leeching into your beverages. Plus, the double-wall vacuum-insulated design makes for a very controlled internal environment. The temperature of the liquid you pour into your bottle will stay consistent for hours and hours, meaning your icy cold water (which is the way I like it) won't cause the bottle to "sweat," and your scalding hot coffee won't make the bottle too hot to handle without a protective sleeve. Hot contents will stay hot for 12 hours, and cold contents will stay cold for 24 hours.
It's brilliant, actually.
Another feature I love? The 1.81-inch mouth. It makes filling (and refilling!) the bottle so much easier.
But... maybe the whole filling-a-water-bottle-without-getting-water-all-over-the-counter-and-possibly-the-floor thing is just something that I have a problem with. *blush*
