Ginger Mojito Mocktail

You're going to want to start by muddling some mint and lime juice together in a tall glass with a wooden spoon. Bruising the mint leaves will help release their natural oils and extract the most flavor from them.
Then add some Zulka sugar and some ice.
Finish the drink off with some ginger ale and club soda, and that's it! All you need to do is give everything a quick stir, and you're good to go. If you're feeling extra festive, then garnish with a wedge of lime.
