What's for Dinner: June 28 - July 3

As many of you know, I've taken blogging breaks before. But this is the first time in a while that I've taken a break without feeling guilty about it. Between work and family time and tackling our Summer Bucket List... unplugging felt great.
Especially since our family just came back from a mini beach vacation. Pushing pause on content creation allowed me to be present with them and to enjoy our time together.
Now that we're back, I'm ready to focus on this space again... this time, with a mind and body that have had some time to rest and recharge.
First up? Our return to our weekly menu plan!
(Though, I'm obviously not including last night's dinner since we were still out of town on vacation. 😉)
If you're curious to see what's on deck for dinner the rest of this week, then keep reading!
