Typically, our family waits until after Thanksgiving to put up our Christmas decorations. You guys... I'm exhausted. Mentally and emotionally exhausted.

And, this weekend, it all caught up to me.

So I'm going to double down on my efforts to nourish in 2021... especially when it comes to nourishing my body and nourishing my spirit.

I'm determined to get more sleep. And I need to spend more time fostering the relationships that are important to me.
