This past month has taken a huge toll on me. 

My husband and I still have a couple of weeks left in our respective busy seasons for work. And after thinking about it for a while, I've decided to take a little break from blogging.

I need some time to slow down and recover from the stress of the past several weeks... and our family is in desperate need of some quality time together. 

So... This will be our last menu plan post for a while.

I'm hoping to continue sharing what's on deck for dinner each night in the What's for Dinner? Facebook Group... so if you're curious, then catch me over there!

Or on Instagram, where I post updates that are somewhat in real-time.

In the meantime, stay well and enjoy the start of summer! I'm looking forward to seeing you all back here as soon as I'm ready to recommit time and energy to this space.

  • Monday: Grilled Cheeseburgers with Caramelized Onions, Potato Salad, and Sliced Watermelon

  • Tuesday: Stephen's Choice

  • WednesdayPenne alla Vodka and Peas

  • Thursday: Leftovers

  • Friday: Macaroni and Cheese and Broccoli

  • Saturday: Frozen Pizza & Movie Night
