What's for Dinner: February 26 - March 4

It's been a mild winter for our little corner of Connecticut. But now we're expecting two snowstorms this week... right as we attempt to navigate the last week of school before the kids' Spring Recess starts.

It's possible these storms will peter out to nothing like the previous storms of the season. Given how the year has been going, though... I bet this will be the one time the storms will dump enough snow to be a major inconvenience.

Only time will tell.

While I try not to go mad over planning around the weather, here's our menu plan for the week. Keep reading if you're curious to see what's on deck for dinner at our house!

A Week of Dinners: February 26 - March 4

  • SundayQuick Chicken Ramen Noodle Stir Fry 

  • Monday: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Bisque (this canned bisque is a favorite in our family)

  • Tuesday: Cheeseburgers with Caramelized Onions and Sweet Potato Fries

  • Wednesday: Leftovers

  • Thursday: Stephen's Choice

  • Friday: Chicken Parmesan Pizza

  • Saturday: Take-Out / Dinner Out
