Menu Plan: July 30 - August 5 {and a Quick Potty-Training Update}

Looking for dinner inspiration? Here's what I've planned for dinner at our house this week!

Despite buying the training potty back in January, we didn't really begin the toilet-training journey until last weekend. We celebrated Caroline's initial progress but decided not to make too big a deal of it. I didn't want to inadvertently do or say something to make her dig her heels in and refuse to continue the process.

So, after last week's promising start, we were back at it again yesterday. In just a few short hours, we saw some major progress likely inspired by the potty-training activities of her friends at school. It's so satisfying watching her get closer and closer to the end goal. Hopefully, it won't be long before we can say that she's fully potty-trained.

*crosses fingers*

Before I go on and on about the toilet-training adventure, let's switch gears and get to our menu plan. Here's what's on deck for dinner at our house this week.
