What's for Dinner: August 23 - August 29

Tonight, I am this koala. I am so exhausted that I bet you I could fall asleep anywhere. Stephen and I did a lot of work on the house this weekend, and I'm spent.
We moved a bunch of furniture around and cleaned the kids' rooms enough to make that happen. I'm behind on going through their closets and drawers to weed out the clothes that no longer fit. So I have a feeling I'll be doing that right up until our 5yo's first day of kindergarten.
On top of that, I spent most of today gifting items we no longer need or want to members of our Buy Nothing Project group. Coordinating recipients and pick-up times and updating listings requires a lot of effort. And, honestly, I don't know how much longer I can stay awake tonight.
Before I give in and go up to bed to try and recharge before the workweek, here's what I've planned for dinner at our house this week.
A Week of Dinners: August 23 - August 29
- Sunday: Ultimate Garlic Pork Loin Roast with Roasted Carrots and Potatoes
- Monday: Spicy Sesame Noodles with Diced Cucumbers
- Tuesday: Three-Bean Turkey Chili
- Wednesday: Leftovers
- Thursday: Roasted Broccoli and White Cheddar Quiche
- Friday: Pizza with Pepperoni and Mushrooms
- Saturday: Falafel with Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Lettuce, and Pita
