What's for Dinner: January 9 - January 15
I'm looking at the clock and can hardly believe how late it is already. This weekend flew by, and now I'm staring down a very full week ahead.
We'll jump right in with our son's kindergarten screening first thing Monday morning. Although we're familiar with the process, I just know my emotions are going to be all over the place. (Send positive vibes that I keep it together tomorrow!)
The middle of my week is full of work meetings... then my husband and I will finish off the week by each bringing our cars in for service.
Do we lead exciting lives or what? 😛
It's during busy weeks like these that I'm super grateful for our weekly menu plans. The plans help us avoid having the what-do-you-want-for-dinner discussion each night... and they help get the kids excited about the meals we'll be sharing as a family.
Curious to see what's on this week's menu plan? Keep reading!
