What's for Dinner: March 13 - March 19

Snow fell on our little corner of Connecticut over the weekend. Never mind the fact that the first day of spring is only a week away. I guess Mother Nature wanted to make sure we got one more taste of winter before the seasons changed.
Thank goodness, we didn't have any plans this weekend. I knew we'd need time to recover from our daughter's birthday adventure. And these were my last couple of days off before going back to work. I didn't want to pack our schedule with a ton of activities.
Besides... I knew we'd have enough to deal with after changing the clocks this morning.
To give me a fighting chance of getting a restful night's sleep... I'm going to go to bed as soon as possible after publishing this post.
So, without further ado, here's our menu plan for the week!
A Week of Dinners: March 13 - March 19
- Sunday: Spaghetti and Basic Baked Meatballs with Marinara Sauce
- Wednesday: Leftovers
- Friday: Margherita Pizza (Parents) / Cheese Pizza (Kids)
- Saturday: Leftovers / Fish Sticks with French Fries and Peas and Carrots
What do you have planned for dinner at your house this week?
