What's for Dinner: January 20 - January 26

Looking for dinner inspiration? Here's what I've planned for dinner at our house this week!

As you all know, I'm a planner. I prefer to know what's happening and when it's happening. I like knowing what's coming up so I can make preparations ahead of time. But moving to Connecticut and adjusting to life in a new place made it hard to be an effective planner.

It didn't help that we were living in Temporary Mode for six months. Nowadays, I'm no longer driving an hour each way to work. The kids love being back in daycare. And we're all falling into a comfortable routine. It didn't occur to me how much we needed that until I saw how happy everyone's been.

Naturally, this new sense of stability has had a positive effect on my blogging. After months of struggling to find the motivation to write, I've fallen into a good groove. I mean, I published three new posts -- here, here, and here -- last week alone!

In the spirit of keeping the streak alive... here's what's on deck for dinner at our house this week.
