Typically, our family waits until after Thanksgiving to put up our Christmas decorations. Looking for dinner inspiration? Here's what I've planned for dinner at our house this week!

When we bought our new house, we inherited some of the big items the sellers couldn't take with them... including their grill. Unfortunately, by the time we wanted to start using it this summer, we discovered a problem with it. Too much rust damage prevented Stephen from replacing some of the broken parts. So we found ourselves buying a brand new grill... Just days before we planned to host forty people at our house for a barbecue.

Good times.

But we've broken it in, and we're ready to use the grill for more meals for the rest of the summer. I even have some grilled dishes on the horizon over the next few days. Keep reading to see what I've planned for dinner at our house this week!


A Week of Dinners: July 7 - July 13


Sunday: Grilled Greek-Marinated Chicken with Orzo and Grape Tomato Salad

Monday: Grilled Orange Chili Pork Chops (adapted) with Jasmine Rice and Sugar Snap Peas

Tuesday: Ground Beef Taco Night

Wednesday: Thai Take-Out

Thursday: Angel Hair Pasta and Marinara Sauce

Friday: Margherita Pizza

Saturday: Cheese Enchiladas with Rice and Beans
