Typically, our family waits until after Thanksgiving to put up our Christmas decorations. But when King of Christmas reached out to me in June about a potential partnership, I couldn’t resist the chance to showcase their stunning selection of artificial Christmas trees , wreaths, and garlands .  I was excited to get an early start on making our home holiday-ready this year!

Looking for dinner inspiration? Here's what I've planned for dinner at our house this week!

My long weekend is winding down. And, I admit it, I'm sad that it is.

The past few months have been exhausting. Between work responsibilities and trying to juggle everything at home during a pandemic... I've been feeling burned out.

To try and gain back a little more control over my life, I spent time over the weekend doing some decluttering. I'm still of the mindset that less is more... but I needed to weed things out of our house to balance out the "more" that came in for our son's birthday.

I recently connected with our local Buy Nothing Project group. And it's felt wonderful gifting the things we no longer need to other families in our community.

I hope I can find another slice of time today to weed out some more. But I'll have to work around meal prep and cooking to do it. Wish me luck... and, if you're curious, take some time to see what I've planned for dinner at our house this week!
