What's for Dinner: August 1 - August 7

It's been a bit of a Monday.
But if you follow me on Instagram, then you already know I have a good excuse for the rough start to the week.
We drove down to Pennsylvania last Thursday to spend a long weekend visiting friends. Since we only had a few days down there, we tried to see as many people as possible.
First up on our schedule? A trip to the local zoo with our daughter's best friend from preschool and her family. ❤️

A Week of Dinners: August 1 - August 7
- Sunday: Chicken Pot Pie
We picked up the pot pie from Wegmans while we were in Pennsylvania. Because when in the Lehigh Valley... (IFKYK 😉) - Monday: Baked Ginger Salmon with Steamed White Rice and Grilled Asparagus and Zucchini
- Tuesday: Linguine and Basic Baked Meatballs with Marinara Sauce and Simple Green Salad
- Wednesday: Chicken Fingers, Smiley Fries, and Roasted Broccoli
My husband will be out of town for a quick work trip, so the kids and I are going to have a little fun with our food. - Friday: Margherita Pizza
- Saturday: Grilled Burgers with Cheddar and Caramelized Onions and Corn on the Cob
