  • Monday: Three-Cheese Tortellini with Marinara Sauce

  • TuesdayTaco Soup with Tortilla Chips

    I originally planned to make this soup so I could serve it with avocado... because we needed a pit to use our grow-your-own avocado seed kit. Is that weird? 🤣

  • Wednesday: Leftovers

  • Thursday: Stephen's Choice

  • Friday: Margherita Pizza

  • Saturday: Penne with Spicy Italian Sausage, Broccoli Rabe, and Caramelized Onions
