What's for Dinner: September 22 - September 28
She recently tried out for a spot on a local youth swim team, and she made the team!
Before joining, though, we had her complete a trial week with the team to get a feel for the time commitment and the rhythm of the swim practices. And... she loves it.
So, we're swim parents now!
That means changing how I approach menu planning and meal prepping. Don't be surprised if you start seeing more slow-cooker meals or meals I can prep ahead of time to reheat later in the week.
For now, here's our menu plan for this week.
Monday: Caprese Pasta Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
