What's for Dinner: August 11 - August 17

How's the weather where you are?
Right now, in our little corner of Connecticut, the weather is glorious. We went to bed last night and the temps were in the 50s. Perfect sleeping weather... especially with the windows open.
When we drove to brunch at one of our favorite local places this morning, the sun was out and the temps were in the low 70s. We were lucky enough to snag a table outside on the patio. Being outside with the kids helped me enjoy the moment more... Why? Because I wasn't as worried about preventing them from disturbing other diners.
(Parents, you know what I'm talking about, right?)
Now we're all enjoying sitting on the back deck before lunch. Monty is laying in the sun... Stephen and I are working in silence (for the most part)... And the kids are creating crayon masterpieces at their picnic table.
Seriously, the weather is so lovely, I know I'm going to hate going inside later to prep for dinner... While I see how long I can stay out here, why don't you check out what I've planned for dinner at our house this week?

Saturday: Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Buttered Rotini and Sugar Snap Peas
