What's for Dinner: August 15 - August 21
Those of you who follow me on Instagram may recognize this photo. I posted it to my feed earlier today to show some love to one of our new favorite salads ever.
I found myself falling into a cooking rut and it helped to focus on a theme last week.
I'm still not 100% into the idea of cooking this week, but I have some good reasons to give myself a bit of a break. On Wednesday, my husband and I are celebrating our ninth wedding anniversary (recap here)... so no cooking for me that night!
Then on Friday, we have a special Summer Bucket List surprise planned for the kids. So, obviously, I'm taking the night off from cooking then, too.
And with the start of a new school year right around the corner... I have a feeling I'm going to be changing the way I approach menu planning and meal prep. I know I talk about menu planning all the time on the blog... But is meal prep something you want me to start writing about? Let me know in the comments!

- Wednesday: Anniversary Take-Out
- Thursday: Leftovers
- Friday: Summer Bucket List Adventure
