Typically, our family waits until after Thanksgiving to put up our Christmas decorations. But when King of Christmas reached out to me in June about a potential partnership, I couldn’t resist the chance to showcase their stunning selection of artificial Christmas trees , wreaths, and garlands .  I was excited to get an early start on making our home holiday-ready this year!

What's for Dinner: April 9 - April 15

I'm afraid this week's menu plan isn't terribly exciting. (We'll be relying heavily on leftovers.)

But I'm going to share our plan regardless.

Because, right now, in one of the most stressful times of the year, I need a little stability to help me hold it together. Especially coming on the heels of receiving some devasting news.

If you're curious to see which meals I'll actually be making, then keep reading!

And... if you have some spare moments in your day, please keep my family in your hearts.

A Week of Dinners: April 9 - April 15

  • Sunday: Leftovers

Between the remainder of last week's leftovers and the food we took home from my parents' house this afternoon, I didn't need to cook anything new tonight.

  • MondayBaked Ginger Salmon and Peanut Noodles with Roasted Broccoli

  • Tuesday: Three Bean Chili with Cornbread

  • Wednesday: Leftovers

  • Thursday: Leftovers

  • Friday: Dinner Out

  • Saturday: Dinner Out

The plan is to get to Thursday night with most of the leftovers taken care of as possible. Given the way the kids are eating lately, I don't think this will be a problem.

I know this week's menu plan isn't terribly inspirational, but I told you guys from the beginning. I keep it real here. 😉
