I realize this blog has been pretty quiet for a long time. While I'd love to write more here, I'm much more active on my social media channels.

So if you don't follow me on Instagram or Facebook, you might have missed some pretty big news.

Needless to say, the summer month is going to be as busy as the spring has been. Probably even busier. So... once again... our menu plans will be key in getting us through it.
