What's for Dinner: February 7 - February 13

It's another snowy Sunday in our little corner of Connecticut. Thankfully, this storm isn't supposed to drop as much snow as the last one. It just gives us a reason to stay cozy and warm inside.

(Though, the kids have already asked whether they can go sledding... So, we'll see how long it'll be before one of the adults caves.)

We had an energetic morning (no sleeping in here!), but the kids are finally quiet. (They're preoccupied with their sketchpads and crayons.) So I'm going to take advantage of the pause in the chaos to share this week's menu plan.

A Week of Dinners: February 7 - February 13

• Sunday: Oven-Fried Southern Hot Honey Chicken Sandwiches with Bread & Butter Pickles and Vinegar Coleslaw 
  
  I considered doing a fun spread of finger foods in honor of Super Bowl Sunday. But that seemed like a lot of work for four people, two of whom are kids. So I'm turning to a new favorite meal for dinner tonight. 
  
  
• Monday: Cacio e Pepe and Easy Green Salad with Maple-Dijon Vinaigrette 
  
  
• Tuesday: Taco Hotdish 
  
  
• Wednesday: Leftovers
  
  
• Thursday: Spaghetti and Basic Baked Meatballs and Marinara Sauce
  
  
  
  
  
• Friday: Barbecue Chicken Pizza 
  
  
  
  
  
• Saturday: Chicken Pot Pie
