What's for Dinner: April 2 - April 8

We had a taste of spring weather this weekend. The temps were in the upper 60s on Saturday, and our family spent a good chunk of the afternoon outside.
I took the opportunity to prune the hydrangea bushes in the front garden... and I can't wait to see how they bloom in a couple of months.
It won't be as warm today -- yesterday was such a tease! -- so I'm grateful for the chance we had to soak up some sunshine. We have a birthday party to attend later, so I'm sharing our menu plan earlier than usual.

- Saturday: Easy Balsamic Glazed Steak Tips and Mushrooms with Wilted Spinach and Rice Pilaf
