Here's our menu plan for the week!
- Sunday: Italian Wedding Soup
Because it's Super Bowl Sunday, I was tempted to just make a meal out of a bunch of appetizers. Or make a few dishes from my tailgate recipe round-up.
But, to be perfectly honest, we're unlikely to watch the game. So we'll have to celebrate SOUP-er Bowl Sunday instead. - Monday: Fresh Ravioli with Marinara Sauce and Simple Green Salad with Maple-Dijon Vinaigrette
- Tuesday: Instant Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup
- Wednesday: Valentine's Day Take Out
- Thursday: Buffet Night
- Friday: Stephen's Choice
- Saturday: Waffle Breakfast Sandwich with Chorizo
