Typically, our family waits until after Thanksgiving to put up our Christmas decorations. But when King of Christmas reached out to me in June about a potential partnership, I couldn’t resist the chance to showcase their stunning selection of artificial Christmas trees , wreaths, and garlands .  I was excited to get an early start on making our home holiday-ready this year!

Here's our menu plan for the week!

A Week of Dinners: March 3 - March 9

  • SundayLeftover Turkey Hand Pies with Puff Pastry

  • MondayLinguine with Shrimp Scampi

  • Tuesday: Fish Sticks, Rice, and Frozen Veg

  • Wednesday: Buffet Night

  • Thursday: Stephen's Choice

  • Friday: Chicken and Waffles Day

It's not actually National Chicken and Waffles Day. (I think that day is in October.) But, in our world, March 8 will always be Chicken and Waffles Day.

Drop a comment below and I'll tell you why. 😉

Update: Apparently, my husband and I will be going for Chicken & Waffles for a lunch date. I'll make Margherita Pizza for dinner.

  • Saturday: Spaghetti and Basic Baked Meatballs with Marinara Sauce, Green Salad, and Garlic Bread

Saturday is our daughter's birthday, so we'll be celebrating with one of her favorite meals for dinner.
