What's for Dinner: March 6 - March 12

If you didn't catch this on Instagram, I'm off from work this week. With our daughter on her March break from school, I wanted to make sure I could spend some time with her.
Plus, her birthday (7!) is on Wednesday and we have some celebrating to do!
Part of me wanted to roll into my staycation without lists or agendas... but another part of me didn't want to waste any time. The go-getter side of me won, and I spent the majority of the weekend tackling projects all around the house.
I hinted at some of those projects on Instagram... and I'll be sharing some "after" photos over the coming weeks. Be sure to follow so you don't miss anything!
I would've shared this week's menu plan a lot earlier today, but I didn't want to interrupt the progress I was making. At any rate, it's here now.

- Sunday: Turkey and Gravy over Mashed Potatoes with a Mix of Corn and Peas
- Monday: Bucatini with Butter-Roasted Tomato Sauce and Green Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Tuesday: Stuffed Pepper Casserole
- Wednesday: Birthday Dinner Out
- Thursday: Dinner with my Parents
- Friday: Whole Wheat Pizza with Broccoli and Caramelized Onions
- Saturday: Slow Cooker Chicken Marsala with Penne
