What's for Dinner: August 25 - August 31
Hello, friends!
After a much-needed break from blogging, I'm back! The summer months flew. But I'm grateful we could fill them with some family fun... including summer camp for the kids, a birthday adventure for our son, and a family vacation to Maine.
Because the kids go back to school later this week, we've been getting back to a school-year schedule. This includes getting up earlier and going to bed at their usual bedtime. This way, their transition to the school routine will go a little smoother.
(At least, that's the hope!)
For my part, as promised, I'm bringing back our weekly menu plans. Keep reading to see what's on deck for dinner at our house this week!
Monday: Family Picnic & Work
Tuesday: Baked Chicken Tacos
Wednesday: Buffet Night
Thursday: Crispy Gnocchi With Tomato and Red Onion
Saturday: Maple BBQ Salmon with Couscous
