What's for Dinner: November 20 - November 26

Well, we did it.

We made it to Thanksgiving Break.

The kids went off to my parents' house after school on Friday... and my husband and I enjoyed our first kid-free weekend in a long time.

It would've been easy to lay low and do nothing all weekend... especially given how exhausted we've been lately. But we managed to make time for socializing with friends and relaxing at home... just what we needed!

When we picked the kids up this afternoon, it was clear they had a great time with their grandparents. Unfortunately, they both had runny noses and coughs... Telltale signs they finally caught the cold that was floating around their school.

Just in time for their week off. 🤦🏽‍♀️

While we try and figure out how to coexist without all coming down with the cold, here's our menu plan for the week. If you're curious to see what's on deck for dinner at our house, then keep reading!

A Week of Dinners: November 20 - November 26

I'm off from work this week, so I don't need to cook too many meals ahead of time. But I will start prepping for Thanksgiving on Wednesday. (You can find more details about my holiday meal prep here.)

What do you have planned for dinner at your house this week?
