What's for Dinner: October 27 - November 2
I knew last week's early post was a total fluke.
In my defense, the past week has been utter chaos. I was sick with a horrible cold, leaving my husband to manage things while I tried to recover for a really important weekend at work. He was trying to do that while also preparing for a work trip that overlapped with my really important weekend at work.
And, today, our family attended an early 75th birthday celebration for my dad. Right before my husband left for another work trip. This time, thankfully, it's an overnight trip.
I have a lingering cough, so I'm not back to 100% yet... but we have no choice but to push forward.
Monday: Rigatoni with Vodka Sauce and Peas
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Pot Roast (The Recipe Rebel)
Saturday: Dad's Choice
Wednesday: Buffet Night
Thursday: Hot Dogs, Macaroni and Cheese, and Broccoli
Friday: Barbecue Chicken Pizza
